07:04I've been pretty stressed out recently, I would guess that most people go through it at some point. It feels like everything is just piling up at once. In order to divert my stress into something positive, I've been going for morning runs- which really helps to clear my mind and put me in a clear space, ready for the rest of the day. Being practical with your problems is key. When you look at your problems as a whole if can get overwhelming but when you divide them and tackle them bit by bit, they became less daunting. So, I've been working on doing that. Blogging also helps to keep my mind at rest I don't know why, I guess it helps with the venting aspect.
